WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES ONLY - NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE:
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.   

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  Please provide a physical address for shipping. 

Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to Massachusetts.

All United States orders are normally shipped the same business day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.  UPS Ground shipping is $8.95 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon checkout for orders under $125.00.  UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $125.01 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.  Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.  Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.  If you place your order by mail or phone and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.

We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone.  Our privacy policy is posted. BestPepperSpray.ws ships using mainly UPS.  We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.  Orders received by 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will normally ship the same day.  Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will normally ship the following business day.  For orders using a money order, cashier check or personal check, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable).  Please note there is a $30.00 NSF charge for any returned personal checks.  For offline orders please print and mail in the order form provided.
